What is your discipline policy?

Whilst your child is in the gym their safety is our responsibility. The gym is a fun place but can also be a hazardous one if children do not follow their coaches instructions. Therefore if we encounter bad behaviuor we have a 3 warnings system, your child will receive a warning and will be told why they are receiving it. If they get 2 more subsequent warnings they will be put on the time-out square for a few minutes. We have zero tolerance for physical violence and should there be any your child will be placed immediately on the time-out square and we will notify of the behaviour at the end of class. When joining DP you automatically agree to this form of discipline.

What happens if I miss a class?

Because of our strict student to teacher ratio and our growing number of members. Unfortunately any missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds will be applied for any missed classes or any missed classes due to personal scheduled holidays.
